Registration Fee

The registration fee can be payed by either USD or CNY.

About Payment

1. All bank charges should be paid by registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount to be remitted.

2. All bank transactions must indicate the registrant’s name.

3. If registration fee has not been fully paid due to remittance charge deduction, balanced payment will be requested via email before the registration deadline.

4. When doing bank transfer, please make a note indicating the registrant's name and QIRTASIA2025 in the form "Name + QIRTASIA2025".   Please also upload a copy of the wire transfer slip in the area "Payment Status" of the QIRTASIA2025 website after writing the registrant’s name on the bank remittance receipt.

5. Students must have proof of their current status, and please upload a copy of the documents that can identify their status in the area "Payment Status”of the QIRTASIA2025 website.

6. Appropriate payment should be completed within the period of registration.

7. After the successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of payments, the registrants will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.
